Our annual family program with the Westchester Philharmonic features violinist Kelly Hall-Tompkins in Beethoven's Romance in F and the Saint-Saens Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso. The orchestra will also perform the Overture to Mendelssohn's "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and Beethoven Symphony No. 3, "Eroica." I will be conducting and hosting. This is a great program for children and adults alike, with wonderfully colorful masterpieces, sure to engage and delight the mind and ear! We also do a condensed version of this program the following Tuesday morning for school groups, which is always a highlight of my year.
